A web app for running lucky draws at ADK Hospital, for both public campaigns and internal staff events.
Administrators create a draw, choose whether it is public or private, and configure it per occasion — the settings differ a lot between a community giveaway and a staff event. Entrants register through a single short form.
The reason this exists as software is auditability. A draw run out of a spreadsheet invites the obvious question, and the answer needs to be better than trust. Entries land in one place, the draw runs against that list, and the result is recorded.
